When it comes to customer service, Wild Secrets receive five stars. I am very happy with how the way the customer service members have replied to my emails when I have contacted them. Their communication is very professional and they reply reasonably fast. At one stage, I received a faulty product. I must say, their return process is interesting. I was asked to cut up the faulty product (That was so much fun) and send photo proof that the product is no longer working. After giving proof, I was told that they received a faulty batch of products and gave me a full refund in store credit. I was very happy with the outcome.

Price Match Guarantee

Wild Secrets has a price match guarantee, which means if you find a website which sells the same product at a cheaper cost, they are willing to match the price the other website sells it for. You can use this offer by simply contacting them through email, and they will apply the discount for you.

I wanted to try this offer out for myself, so I contacted them via email as they state on their website to do so. This is the reply I received a few hours later.

Now, if I am being completely honest this is not the reply I was expecting to receive. In my mind I was thinking they would consider my request and if they accept they would change the price of the product itself on their website, so all customers would receive the item for the same price. Pretty much I thought I was helping other customers. This is not what happened. The only reason I even considered contacting them is to notify them that their price is a lot more than the original manufactures sold it for, meaning they would have most likely be getting barely any sales for this particular product. So in a way I was attempting help them as well. This honestly made me feel as if they were being a little dishonest about how much the product is worth, as it does seem they will be charging other buyers the original price. This seems a bit unfair for customers who do not do research about how much a product is worth. This is just my opinion, but I will still continue to support their business in purchasing other products.

What If You Receive A Faulty Product?

Wild Secrets has an amazing procedure when it comes to customers receiving faulty products or when products break when under warranty. So far, I have been in two different situations where I have had to follow this procedure. Rather than asking for you to return the faulty product, Wild Secrets asks for you to destroy the product in a specific way, and asks for you to provide photo proof. Once you have done this, you will be offered to either have a replacement sent to you or you can be refunded in store credit.

I must admit, this procedure is quite fun in my opinion. I mean, who doesn't sometimes want to cut up their belongings?
